Lissette M. Calderon is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NEO. As Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Calderon is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the company. Ms. Calderon also oversees and manages all aspects of the organization including acquisition, development, construction, finance and accounting, marketing, and interior design. A hands on leader, Ms. Calderon is intimately involved in each project, working alongside bankers, architects, contractors, designers and other professionals transforming NEO’s vision into a reality. Ms. Calderon, an Alumnus of the prestigious Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Economics with triple concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, and Multinational Management. Ms. Calderon began her career as an Investment Banker at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in New York later moving to Miami to work with real estate developers Terremark and The Related Group of Florida before venturing on her own to create NEO. In addition to nearly ten years of experience in finance and development, Ms. Calderon’s immeasurable passion for urban living, her in-depth comprehension of the market and her foresight of future trends, allow her to consistently set a new standard in the industry. Ms. Calderon, credited with the Miami River’s Renaissance and introducing the loft concept to Miami, is an innovator and pioneer at heart.
