Maria Calderon is Executive Vice President of NEO and President of NEO Realty. As Executive Vice President of NEO, Ms. Calderon holds a key role in NEO’s real estate development as it intricately relates to NEO’s sales, marketing and human resources efforts. Ms. Calderon manages and streamlines the purchasing process, from conceptual project idea to the ultimate closing of unit sales. In this capacity, Ms. Calderon’s team works not only with buyers, but with the development team, appraisers, lenders and attorneys to coordinate successful closings. Ms. Calderon also oversees NEO’s marketing efforts making certain that individual projects and their promotion, continuously adapt to the ever changing needs of the market. Ms. Calderon also heads NEO’s Human Resources Division, ensuring implementation of NEO’s policies and procedures on a daily basis. As President of Neo Realty, Ms. Calderon brings to NEO a combined knowledge of real estate residential sales and development. With her extensive experience spanning over twenty years, Ms. Calderon and her team have sold nearly 2000 residential units, representing a sell out of over 600 million dollars since the year 2001. Ms. Calderon leads an aggressive sales force dedicated to guiding buyers in all aspects of their real estate endeavors. An alumnus of Barry University, Ms. Calderon holds a Bachelors Degree with Honors.
